Horseheads Hitmen Strengthen Pitching Staff with Key Signings for the NYCBL Season

The Horseheads Hitmen are thrilled to announce the recent signings of three talented right-handed pitchers: Kevin McGovern from Elmira College, Daniel Lewis from Alfred State, and Luke Rogoff from Wells College. These strategic additions aim to bolster the Hitmen's pitching staff as they compete in the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL).

Kevin McGovern, a standout pitcher from Elmira College, will bring his talents to the Hitmen after spending his previous season with the Elmira Pioneers. Known for his powerful arm and precision on the mound, McGovern is expected to be a significant asset to the team, enhancing the Hitmen's pitching depth and overall competitiveness.

Daniel Lewis returns to the Hitmen for his second season, bringing valuable experience and a successful spring season with Alfred State. Lewis's familiarity with the team and his proven track record make him a key figure in the pitching rotation, offering both leadership and reliability.

Luke Rogoff, currently attending Wells College, joins the Hitmen with a reputation for his pitch ability and competitive mindset.
